Soak:
2 tsp unflavored gelatin
¼ c cold water
Heat:
1 c vinegar
1 ½ c sugar
1 T celery seed
1 T onion
1 tsp salt
¼ tsp pepper
Add 1 c salad oil
Pour over:
6 c cabbage chopped
2 green peppers
2 grated carrots
Let in ref. keeps a week
