1 pkg (3 oz) Lemon Jell-O
24 large marshmallows (3 c small)
2 c boiling water
Dissolve Jell-O and marshmallows in boiling water. Let stand until it starts to thicken.
Add:
1 cup grated carrots
1 cup crushed pineapple
1 cup chopped pecans
8 oz cool whip
Mix well and fold into Jell-O. Refrigerate.
