Mix:
2 ¼ c unsifted flour
¼ c sugar
1 tsp salt
1 pkg yeast (undisolved)
Heat until warm:
2 cups milk
2 Tbsp corn oil
Mix dry ingredients with liquid.
Add beaten 2 egg yolks after dought has risen 40 min. Also heat egg whites and add more let stand 15 min
Bake in a waffle iron – make 2 dozen 4 ½ in waffles
