     Daddy's peanut butter cookies

Ingredients
1 cup granulated sugar
1 egg
1 cup peanut butter - creamy
 
Instructions
Mix ingredients together.
Form into small balls.
Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Criss-cross with a fork dipped in sugar.
Bake at 350 degrees in oven for about 7 minutes or until golden brown. Will still be soft when taken out of oven.
