1 c sugar
¼ tsp cream of tartar
4 egg whites
Beat until very stiff. Put in pie pan on bottom & sides. Bake 1 hr @ 275
6 oz sweet choc.
3 Tbsp hot water
1 tsp vanilla
melt & add ½ of whipped cream
1 pt whipping cream
Pour into cool meringue dish. Put other half of the cream on top.
