1 – 20 oz can crushed pineapple
¾ c milk
1 – 4 oz package instant vanilla pudding
½ c flaked cocoanut
1 – 9 in pie crust
1 c cool whip
drain pineapple but retain ¼ c of juice
Combine pineapple ¼ c juice, milk, pudding & cocoanut. Beat 2 min on low speed. Pour filling into crust. Cover with whipped topping Chill 2 hrs. Garnish with additional cocoanut
