     Cheddar Straws

Ingredients
2 Cups shredded mild Cheddar cheese
2 Cups shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
1 Cup butter
2 Cups all-purpose flour
3/4 Tsp. salt
3/4 Tsp. cayenne pepper
1/2 Tsp. paprika
1/2 Tsp. dry mustard
 

Instructions
In large mixing bowl, let cheeses and butter stand at room temperature 30 minutes.
Preheat oven to 350°F. Beat cheeses and butter with electric mixer on low speed until combined. Add flour, salt, cayenne pepper, paprika and dry mustard; beat until combined.
Place dough in cookie press fitted with star plate. Press onto ungreased baking sheets in 5-inch strips.
Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until done (do not brown).
