     Salmon Roll-Ups

1 15-inch sesame lavash or 3 (10-inch) flour tortillas
1/2 Cup salmon-flavored cream cheese
1 Cup flaked cooked salmon (6 oz.)
3/4 Cup shredded romaine
1/2 Cup very thinly sliced cucumber
1/3 Cup chopped red bell pepper

Thoroughly wet lavash by holding under cold running water. Place between 2 damp towels 45 to 60 minutes or until soft enough to roll.
Place sesame side down on a large piece of plastic wrap. Spread with salmon cream cheese. Sprinkle with salmon and romaine. Layer with cucumber slices and bell pepper.
Roll tightly, beginning with the edge nearest you. Wrap in plastic wrap. Chill 2 to 6 hours.
Cut into 1-inch slices and serve.
