Thoroughly wet lavash by holding under cold running water. Place between 2 damp towels 45 to 60 minutes or until soft enough to roll.

Place sesame side down on a large piece of plastic wrap. Spread with salmon cream cheese. Sprinkle with salmon and romaine. Layer with cucumber slices and bell pepper.

|
Roll tightly, beginning with the edge nearest you. Wrap in plastic wrap. Chill 2 to 6 hours.

Cut into 1-inch slices and serve.
