Salt and pepper to taste

2 tsp apple cider vinegar

2 cups cooked chicken, diced

1 large Gala apple, cored and diced

1 cup red or black seedless grapes, quartered

1 Tbsp lemon juice
|

8 slices whole-wheat bread or 4 whole-wheat rolls

Romaine lettuce

Instructions |

|
In a small bowl, stir together the mayonnaise, salt, pepper, and vinegar.

In a large bowl, combine chicken, apple, and grapes. Sprinkle with lemon juice. Add mayonnaise mixture and toss gently.

Scoop chicken salad into bread or roll and top with lettuce.
