Prepare brownie mix according to package directions, poke holes in top and pour a little liquor over. Cool and cut into squares
In large bowl, combine pudding mix, water and condensed milk. Mix until smooth then fold in 8 oz cool whip until no streaks remain.
In trifle bowl, place half of the brownies, half the pudding mix, and half the 12 oz cool whip container, repeat layers, put broken heath bar pieces on top. refrigerate several hours before serving
