     Breakfast Casserole

Ingredients
1 lb hash browns (frozen)
1/2 cup melted margarine
1 can milnot (evaporated milk)
6 eggs
1 teaspoon seasoned salt
2 lbs browned sausage
2 cups mozzarella cheese
2 cups cheddar cheese
 

Instructions
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Put potatoes in 13x9 pan and drizzle melted margarine over potatoes.Bake for 25 - 30 minutes.
Remove from oven. Place brown sausage on top of potatoes. Mix cheeses together and place on top of sausage. Mix eggs, milnot and salt together. Pour over the top. Either Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or place foil on top and refrigerate till the morning and then bake.
