     Porcupine Meat Balls

Ingredients
3/4 lb ground beef
1/2 lb ground pork
1 small minced onion
1/2 cup rice
1/2 cracker crumbs
1 egg
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
1 can condensed tomato soup
 
1/2 can water

Instructions
Mix all ingredients besides the soup and water. Shape into balls the size of walnuts. Put into a 13x9 pan. Mix the soup and water and pour over the top of the meat balls. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
