In heavy saucepan or microwave, melt choc and butter. Cool slightly. In mixing bowl, beat the eggs, sugar and flour. Stir in choc mix. Pour into greased 9-in square baking pan. Bake at 350 for 20-25 min or til toothpick inserted near center comes out clean. Cool on wire rack.
In mixing bowl, combine filling ingredients, beat til creamy. Spread over brownies. For glaze, melt choc chips and butter. Stir til smooth and spread over filling. Refrigerate until filling and glaze are set.
