     Rice Cooker Jambalaya

Ingredients
1 lb crawfish or shrimp, peeled
1 10oz can beef broth
1 10oz can Rotel
1 stick melted butter
1 med onion, chopped
1 med bell pepper, chopped
2 1/2 rice cooker cups of rice
 

Instructions
Add all ingredients in rice cooker and stir. Do not add water, do not double recipe, add seasoning (like Tony's) to taste.
Turn cooker on and let cook til it shuuts off. Let sit 15 min, then serve.
