     Mom's meatloaf

Ingredients
1 lb. ground beef
3/4 cup oatmeal
1 1/2 T. Lawry's season salt
1 onion chopped
1 bell pepper diced
2/3 cup ketchup
1 egg
 
Instructions
Mix all together and cover with ketchup or BBQ sauce. Bake for 90 minutes at 350.
