     Garlic Roasted Potatoes

Ingredients
9 lbs Red Potatoes [small cut into 1/2 wedges]
1-1/4 cup Butter [melted]
6 Garlic Cloves [minced]
1 tbsp Seasoned Salt
1 tbsp Pepper
1 tbsp Paprikea
1/3 cup Parsley [minced]
 
Instructions
Place potatoes in a lare greased roasting pan. Combnie the butter, garlic, salt, pepper, and paprika. Drizzle over potatoes; toss to coat.
Bake, uncovered at 375' for 30-35 minutes or until tender, stirring several times. Sprinkle with parsley
