2 c. boiled ham, cut into chunks
|

5 c. potatoes, cut into chunks
|

1/8 c. flour
|
|
1/4 c. butter
|
|
1 tbs. salt
|
|
2 tsp. pepper
|
|
4 slices cheese
|
|
2 1/2 c. milk
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|

Instructions |
|
|
Mix milk, flour, salt, and pepper. Place ham and potatoes in 9X13 pan. Pour milk mixture over ham and potatoes. Place butter on top in slices.

Bake @ 350 degrees for 2 hours.
|
|
|
Lay cheese on top to melt.
|
