Ingredients
2 lbs hamburger
1 box beef Rice-A-Roni
2 1/2 c. hot water
1 egg
 
Instructions
Mix egg and rice. Set flavor packet aside. Add hamburger until well mixed. Make into balls.
Brown in skillet. Drain grease. Mix hot water and flavor packet and add to skillet. Bring to boil then reduce heat to low. Cook for 45 minutes.
