     Vegetable Beef Soup

Ingredients
1 lb. stew meat
1 can (15 oz) crushed tomatoes
3 c. water
2 medium potatoes, peeled and cubed
2 celery ribs, sliced
3 beef bouillon cubes
1 onion, diced
1 tsp. dried parsley
1/2 tsp. dried basil
 
1/2 tsp. dried oregano
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 c. frozen mixed vegetables

Instructions
In a slow cooker, combine all ingredients except the frozen vegetables. Cover and cook on high for 5 hours. Add frozen vegetables. Cover and cook on high 2 hours, or until the meat and vegetables are tender.
