     Tangy Baked Pork Chops

Category   Entrees - Maindishes
Sub Category   None
Servings   4

Ingredients
1 tbs. soy sauce
2 tbs. vegetable oil
1 tbls. worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. lemon
2 tbs. brown sugar
2 tbls. ketchup
4 pork chops

Instructions
In a bowl, thoroughly blend all ingredients. Place pork chops in medium baking dish and spread half of marinade on them. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour. **Tip** It's always best to marinade in glass instead of metal. Metal can cause chemical reactions to change the taste of your food badly.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Bake pork chips for 30 minutes. Flip over and spread remaining sauce on top. Bake another 30 minutes.
