     Chicken Parmigiana

Ingredients
1/3 c. dry bread crumbs
2 tbs. grated parmesan cheese
3/4 tsp. Italian seasoning
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 egg, beaten
1 can (8 oz) tomato sauce
3/4 c. shredded mozarella cheese
1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breast
 

Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Combine bread crumbs, parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning and garlic in shallow bowl. Dip each breast in beaten egg then roll into crumb mixture to evenly coat.
Bake 10 minutes then to over and bake 10-12 minutes longer. Spoon tomato sauce over chicken. Sprinke mozarella cheese over top.
Serving Suggestions
Excellent served on top of pasta.
