     Parsley Potatoes

Ingredients
6 potatoes, diced
1 stick butter
1 tsp. onion powder
1 tsp. parsley flakes
 
Instructions
Boil potatoes.
In a baking dish, heat butter, onion powder and parsley flakes. Add potatoes and gently stir to coat.
Bake 20 minutes turning potatoes one to coat.
