     Grilled Halibut w/ Caper Butter Lemon Juice

Ingredients
2 halibut fillets
olive oil
3 tbsp butter
2 tbsp capers
2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
salt
pepper
 
Instructions
preheat pan over med heat
pat fish dry brush with butter and sprinkle with salt and pepper on both sides
grill halibut on both sides
meanwhile melt butter stir in capers, lemon juice, salt, and pepper pour sauce over fish and serve
