     Snapper w/ Roasted Tomatoes

Ingredients
2c grape tomatoes
2T olive oil
2 cloves garlic
1T balsamic vinegarette
red pepper flakes and salt
1/2c basil leaves
4 (5oz) fillets
 
Instructions
Mix tomatoes, garlic, olive oil, pepper, salt. Spread on baking sheet and roast 350 for 15min. Put in bowl and toss in basil
Brush fillets with olive oil season with salt and pepper. Pan sear for 3min each side. Top with tomatoes
