24 key lime cookies
8oz cream cheese
1/2c sugar
1 egg
2T lime juice or key lime juice
whipped cream
1tsp lime zest
 
Instructions
Fill 24 mini muffin tins w/ greased paper cups. Place one cookie in each
Beat cream cheese, egg, sugar, lime juice, zest. Fill cups to top. Bake 10min on 350. Fill with whipped cream and garnish with zest
