     Heavenly Chocolate Cake

Ingredients
1 Pg. (2 layer size) chocolate cake mix without pudding in the mix
1/2 c. cocoa
1 c. Miracle Whip or Miracle Whip Lite
3 eggs
1 1/3 c. water
Glaze:
2 c. sifted powdered sugar
2 Tbsp. milk
 
1/4 tsp. vanilla

Instructions
Stir cake mix and cocoa in large mixing bowl, add remaining ingredients. Beat with electric mixer on low speed 30 seconds, scraping bowl frequently. Beat with electric mixer on medium speed two minutes. Grease and flour 12 cup fluted tube pan or 10 inch tube pan. Pour batter into prepared pan.
Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes or until toothpick inserted into center comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes; remove from pan. Cool completely on wire rack.
Glaze: mix powered sugar, milk, and vanilla with whisk until well-blenedd. Drizzle cooled cake with glaze. Decorate with dried fruit or candies. Makes 12 servings.
