     Hawaiian Meatballs

Ingredients
1 can pineapple chunks
2 Tbs. cornstarch
1 (1 lb.) pkg. pre-cooked meatballs
1/2 cup cashews
1 can water chestnuts, drained
2 cups rice
 

Instructions
Prepare rice according to directions. While rice is cooking, add pineapple chunks and juice to med. frypan. Heat until almost boiling.
Thoroughly mix together cornstarch and 1/4 cup cold water. Add to hot pineapple. Stir constantlly, until thickened.
Add remaining ingredients. Heat until warmed through.
Serve over rice.
Serving Suggestions
For more flavor, add garlic and parsley to taste.
