Cut pumpkin inot small peices and roast in oven for about 20 minutes on 150 degrees celcius.

In a bowl mix the pumpkin,parmesan, nutmeg and eggs.
Let it rest for few hours in the fridge.

|
Use the fresh pasta recipe and make the ravioli.
Boil water with alot of salt and place the ravioli in the pot for about 10 minutes or to your liking.

|
Serve with sage butter sauce.
Place 125g butter into a small saucepan and add a few leaves of chopped fresh sage and melt. Pour over the pasta, add lots of fresh parmesan and serve.
