Heat oven to 375. Line pan with wax paper. Grease & flour wax paper. Beat all dry ingredients (not sugar) in one bowl. In another bowl, beat eggs & sugar until thick & fluffy. Beat in pumpkin. Then stir in dry ingredients. Pour over pan & spread with spatula. Bake 15 minutes or until center springs up. Take clean, damp cloth sprinkle with powdered sugar. Peel off wax paper & trim 1/4 inch off all sides. Roll up cake & place seam down. Refrigerate for at least one hour.
