     Sirloin Steak With Mushroom Gravy

Ingredients
2 Sirloin Steaks
2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
2 Tablespoons Flour
2 Cups Water
1 Package Dry Onion Soup Mix
1 Beef Bouillon cube
2 Cloves Garlic, minced
1/4 Teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
1 Pound Fresh Mushrooms, sliced
 

Instructions
Cut sirloin into to portions each. Brown steak in olive oil, remove from pan. Add the flour and and make a roux, stir for one minute to cook. Add water, onion soup and bullion stir to combine. Add garlic and pepper. Allow to simmer until slightly thickened.
Add mushrooms and steak. Cover pan and place in oven at 275 degrees for 3-4 hours, or place all in a crock pot and cook on low for 5-7 hours.
