Mix in large bowl: ceral, sugar, flour, soda and salt.
|

Blend buttermilk, eggs and butter. Pour over cereal mixture.
|

|
Mix well with wooden spoon. Put in covered container. Refrigerate over night. DO NOT STIR AGAIN.

|
To bake: Place heaping tablespoon of mixture in greased muffin tins. Bake at 400 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
Mixture keeps 6 weeks in refrigerator.
Muffins freeze well. Microwave 30 seconds.
