Ingredients
7-8 Potatoes, cubed and peeled
4 Cups Chicken Broth
1 Cup Water
2 Cups Chopped Onion
1/2 Cup Chopped Celery
1/2 Cup Diced Carrot
1/4 Cup Butter
2 Teaspoons Salt
1/4 Teaspoon Pepper
 
1 Tablespoon Dill Weed-dried
1-12oz Can Evaporated Milk
Instructions
In crock pot combine everything except evaporated milk. Cover and cook on low for 7-8 hours. Add milk and stir to blend.
