     Home Made Mayonase

Ingredients
2 egg yokes
pinch of salt
1 tablespoon of dijon mustard
1/2 cup of Canola Oil
 

Instructions
In a food processor put in egg yokes,salt and Mustard and mix to a creamy texture
Slowly drizzle in the oil until will emulsified don't over blend or mixture will separate.
Add a squeeze of lemon. (1/2 lemon no seeds please) enjoy
