Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
|

|
|
Cream together cream cheese, vanilla, sugar and eggs.
|
|
|
|
Line baking sheet with muffin papers. Place one cookie, flat side down and 1 teaspoon creamed filling in each.
|
|
|
|
Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Cool. Top with cherry pie filling or strawberry and whipped cream.
