3 eggs, separated

Instructions |

|
|
Combine milk, egg yolks, nutmeg, cinnamon, vanilla and sugar in large pot. Heat through but do not boil.
|

|
While goop is heating up, whip egg whites and a little sugar until soft peaks form.
|
|
|
|
Place a dollop of egg whites in bottom of mug, pour goop over top and sprinkle nutmeg on top
|
