1 stick butter

1 small onion, chopped

3 cloves garlic minced (or 1 heaping tsp jarred, minced garlic)

1 Tbl lemon juice
|

1 Tbl parsley

1 lb frozen shrimp, shelled and deveined, no tails

Instructions |
|
|
melt butter over med-high heat in large skillet. Add onions and
garlic and cook until onions translucent.
|

Add partially thawed shrimp to skillet. Cook until pink. Add lemon
juice and parsley. Simmer until butter begins to froth.

Serve over your choice of noodles.
