     Broiled Chuck Steak

Ingredients
3 lbs chuck steak, cut into 1-inch strips
1/4 C olive oil
1 tsp soy sauce
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1/4 tsp dry mustard
1/2 tsp sage
1/4 C pineapple juice or wine
2 Tbl wine vinegar
2 tsp Worchestershire sauce
 
2 Tbl ketchup

Instructions
For marinade, place olive oil, soy sauce, garlic, mustard and sage in a small pan. Bring to simmer and cook for 5 mins. Remove from heat and mix in remaining ingredients.
Pour over steak, cover and marinate 24 hours, turning meat often during the 24 hours, refrigerate duringmarinating.
Broil about 25 mins (10-12 mins on a side)in a broiler or barbeque. Baste meat often during cooking with remaing sauce.
