Combine all ingredients until evenly distributed. Spoon mixture into a 6-inch square of aluminum foil and fold to make airtight. Label. Keep ina cool dry place.
Use within 6 months.
TACO FILLING- brown 1 lb ground beef. Drain. Add 1/2 C water and seasoning mix. Simmer on low heat for 10 mins, stirring occasionally. Makes filling for 8-10 tacos
