1 pkg unflavored gelatin dissolved in 1/2 C hot water
1/2 C mayo
1/2 C chopped celery
2 small cans of crab
salt and pepper
cayenne pepper to taste
Instructions
Heat the soup, stir in gelatin, add chunks of cheese, stir until melted. Add rest of ingredients, blend. taste
mold and chill overnight.
** I use a Tupperware mold, or a small metal mold. You can also use a 1 lb soft margarine tub as amold. Oil it first and you will have no problem unmolding it.
** Always pick over the crab first - there is always a piece or two of shell.
