Boil the meat until tender for 20 minutes, 1 tbs salt, 6 cups water
Shred 3 pieces of Garlic
1 tsp butter melt w/ Garlic
Wait till garilc is brown
Add the meat to the garlic/butter
Add 1 tsp pepper
throw in some meat water
When water is boiling, add the Molokhiya
Add 2 tsp coriander
Cover, leave 5 minutes till boil (All at medium fire)
Add more meat water till Molokhiya is saturated, keep boiling
and when water is gone, add more of the meat water - low fire
