1 (20 oz) loaf pumpernickel
|
|
2 (12 oz) jars marinated artichoke hearts
|
|
1 C parmesan
|
|
3/4 C mayo
|
|
4 oz shredded swiss cheese
|

3 green onions, sliced
|
|
1 (4 oz) can green chilies, drained
|
|
1 pickled jalapeno pepper, seeded and chopped
|

Instructions |

|
Cut top off of loaf. Sccop out and cube bread into 1 or 1 1/2 inch cubes. Broil 6 inches from heat until golden. Stir once, set aside.

Drain and chop artichoke hearts. Combine artichoke and rest of ingredients.

|
|
Place bread on cookie sheet. Fill with artichoke mixture.
|
|
|
Bake at 350 for 15 to 20 mins or until thoroughly heated. Serve with toasted bread cubes.
