     Fresh Mushroom Pate

Servings   makes 1 1/2 Cups

Ingredients
1/2 lb chopped, fresh mushrooms
2 Tbl butter
1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese
3/4 tsp salt
 

Instructions
Saute the mushrooms in the butter for 5-10 mins or until tender and liquid has evaporated. Place in blender with remaining ingredients. Process until smooth.
Refrigerate, covered, at least 3 hours before serving. Garnish as desired.
