1 tsp salt (but not need salt if used salted butter)
3 1/2 cups (875 mL) all-purpose flour
1 package chocolate chips (if in States, 3/4 package is enough)
Instructions
In large bowl, beat sugars, eggs, and butter with fork until smooth. Add vanilla sugar, baking soda, and salt, beat.
Add flour 1 cup (250 mL) at a time, stirring in. Dough should not stick to clean hands when finished but also should not be too stiff. Sometimes, the full amount is not required. Stir in chocolate chips.
Preheat oven to 200 C or 375 F. Roll dough into rounded teaspoon balls and place 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake for 8-10 minutes.
Remove from oven and let sit a minute or two before removing from cookie sheet. They should come off easily.
