     Green Chili Chicken Enchiladas

Ingredients
2 Cans Cream of Chicken Soup
1 C. Diced Green Chilies
1 1/2 Cans Milk
Sour Cream
3 Tbls Onions (Dehydrated work well)
Shredded Chese
Corn Totillas
 

Instructions
Dip tortillas in hot oil just to coat. Place between paper towells to blot excess grease.
Combine soup, green chilies, milk, and onion in pan. Simmer for 20 minutes on low heat. Cover bottom of 9x13 pan with sauce. Lay tortillas flat, place cheese and a little dollop of sour cream in the middle and roll. Fill pan and cover the top with remaining sauce and cheese.
Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
