2 Cups all-purpose flour
|
|
1 tbl. baking powder
|
|
3 heaping tbls. sugar (no sugar if making savory ones)

3/4 tbl. salt
|
|
1 stick butter, softened
|
|
1 egg
|
|
1/2 cup milk
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|

Instructions |
|
|
1a) mix dry ingredients in a bowl
1b) add butter, make mixture crumbly with a fork
|
|
|
2a) Make a well in the middle of the mixture and add the milk-egg
mixture
2b) mix everything together, but not for too long!
|
|
|
Using a spoon, take ~3 inch pieces of the mixture off and place
them on a cookie tray.
|
|
|
Bake at 400 for 12-15 minutes (check at 12)
