Cut up and cook the chicken in 3 qts water or enough water to cover the chicken. Add salt, celery, onion, and carrots. Cookabout 1 1/2 hours
Remove meat frm bones, cut into nice large pieces. Strain the broth; discard onion and celery. Cut up the carrots. Add corn to broth and cook 15 mins.
Nest, make the rivvels - combine flour, egg, salt & pepper; mixuntil crumbly. Drop into simmering broth; cook 15 mins more. dd chicken and carrots. Heat and serve.
