2 Pounds Ground Beef
|
|
1 Teaspoon Salt
|
|
1/2 Teaspoon Coarse Ground Black Pepper

1 Pound Sliced Mushrooms
|
|
1 Large Onion, Sliced
|

3 Tablespoons Olive Oil
|
|
3 tablespoons Butter
|
|
6 Slices Swiss Cheese
|
|
6 Whole Wheat Hamburger Buns
|

|
|

Instructions |
|
|
In large bowl combine ground beef, salt and pepper. Form into 6 patties. Grill to desired doneness.
|

|
Saute mushrooms and onions in olive oil until tender crisp.
|
|
|
Spread butter on buns and toast, butter side down in skillet or on grill.
|
|
|
Place 1 slice swiss cheese on each burger and top with onion and mushroom.
