1/2 cup mayo

2 Tabs Flour

1/2 c half and half

2 eggs well beaten

1 1/2 cups diced ham, crab, shrimp, or bacon

Instructions |

In a large mixing bowl combine mayo, flour, eggs, and half and half. Bland mixture well. Add other ingredients, except parsley, and lightly blend.

Pour into unbaked pie shell. Sprinkle with parsley. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 40-45 minutes.
