Parmesean Zucchini sticks

Ingredients

	3 large zucchini
	1.5c bread crumbs
	1/4c parmesean cheese
	salt and pepper
	1/2c egg substitute
	Spaghetti sauce for dipping


Instructions


cut zucchini in half and slice each half into 8. Dip zucchini in eggs and then bread mixture


Place on wire rack w/ cooking spray and Bake 400 for 25min
