In a slowcooker or crockpot combine meat , water ,vegetables , tomatoes, tomato sauce and bouillon . Cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours or until meat is tender . Turn control to high . Add noodles . Cover and cook on high for 15 to 20 minutes or until noodles are cooked .
